Career Cluster represent a distinct grouping of occupations and industries based on the knowledge and skills they require.
The 16 Career Clusters and related Career Pathways provide an important organizing tool for students to develop more effective programs of study (POS) and curriculum.

To develop your own Career Pathway, think about what kind of career you would like to have. "What do you want to do when you grow up?" That is a common question teens are asked but often have no answer. If you are unsure, think of the things you like to do and find a career that has some of those same qualities.
