Using the Introduction to Access Database PowerPoint that you viewed previously, answer the questions on the attached Word document.  Slides 13, 14, and 21 should be the most helpful to you with this assignment.  Type your answers as instructed in the Word document and save your completed file appropriately on the network.  Once you have finished and saved the file, upload it to this assignment link by clicking the Submit Assignment button in the upper right hand corner of this window.  Be sure to proofread your information carefully before you submit it.
