Welcome to Honors Biology 1!

 

This site is called Canvas and it will serve as the online platform in our class that we will use to get information, complete assignments, and collaborate with your classmates. I will ask that you bring your iPad every single day, charged and ready to use during class.

 

My name is Mr. Olson and I will be your teacher during this school year. I am very excited to begin this year with you and I want you to know that we will be actively discovering how Biology is all around us all the time! I want to be upfront with everyone one of you in saying that EVERY student has the ability to succeed in my class if they are willing to work for that success. I do not believe Biology is a subject that only some students will be good at because everyone can succeed if they are determined. I sincerely look forward to learning more about the incredible diversity of life with all of you this semester in Biology I.

 

The majority of our course will be run through the modules tab on the left-hand tab of our canvas page. Modules
