Do you need to know how to format a business letter and memo?  Doesn't everyone just send emails?  In this module, we will cover the precise formatting for each of these documents.  Please keep in mind that although each has specific formatting guidelines for addresses, salutations, and complimentary closes - the general writing style will be identical.
